Insurance

#1 Post by Cornish-Viking »

Hi shooters,

Following the resent post I've seen on here regarding BASC.

Who would you recommend as a good, reliable insurance that covers it all?

All as in, all rifles, shotgun, optics and all accessories in one cover? fingerscrossed

I too would be interested. I have shooting insurance via CCC https://www.ccc3.co.uk/country-sports-insurance, but not theft / damage insurance.

I use GunGuard, run by a shooter who has seen a need.

I have a discount code for anyone interested but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it or not.
Arming the Country, one gun at a time.

Good deals with Paul101, Charlotte the flyer, majordisorder, Charlie Muggins, among others. Thanks everybody.

Don't worry, I have the nod from on high.
As I'm not an insurance advisor I cannot recommend but we arranged a discount with Gun Guard for our customers and you're more than welcome to see if it will fit your needs.

Thanks for the link, there doesn't seem to be an option to pay by one off payment, its seems to be monthly only.

That I don't know about. I have a fixed monthly payment for the business insurance from them (it won't ever change if the cover doesn't change - tax excluded, of course) so I wouldn't know about annual payment.

A sneaky tax that is slowly increasing ... and for a business, unlike VAT, it cannot be reclaimed.

And we all have to pay it whether we like it or not.
