Re: Upgrade Badger's P14
Why not a 358 Win using a 1 in 12 pistol barrel blank - cheaper and easier maybe?
Plus loads of boolits to choose from!

If you want subsonic, why not a 338 Whisper or 338BR? It's the 7mm BR necked up to 338 for shooting big bullets nie and slow. I've been pondering this one for a while and may be going down this route if I can source matching reamer and dies.meles meles wrote:*Ponders*

Re: Upgrade Badger's P14
Its easy enough to get a good subsonic round with existing 30 calibres like the 303, 30-06, 308 etc. etc as there are plenty of good heavy cast boolit designs and moulds out there.

Sure do, once you have built your rifle, I can supply as much as you want, and I will sell it to you at dollar prices. Your name is on it.
