Well after having some 'fun' with Kydex I came across a product called Formcard. Its basically thermosetting plastic like Kydex but depending how much heat is applied it virtually turns to liquid! It then resets solid and can be reused over and over again, like Kydex. It comes in handy a credit card size and is shown in the pictures (it comes in multiple colours). I've now made a crude (Mk1) deflector which just snaps on and off a picatinny rail. Will hopefully test it at the weekend to see what it does to the brass.
