Actually it's two.
One was an off duty police officer using a privately owned full auto M11 to murder a drug dealer.
The other was also a MAC type SMG possibly used by a doctor to murder some sort of love rival.
If I remember right, both happened in Ohio.

Oh well, not a perfect record anymore. In any event, still not a bad record: 2 in 82 years. However the gun control types will still claim there is a problem.

Ignoring the accuracy or otherwise of the 800 figure, that seems to be a reasonable statement.

That sort of depends on how many, went missing because of poor security.
