Same as an airgun mod on a rimfire I guess.
Then there's the whole integrally/permanently suppressed barrels (Hushpower Mossberg 500), I would assume that wouldn't require an FAC slot if already held on a Sec 2 Mossberg 500.

I had a FAC shotgun and then brought a moderated barrel , My FEO put the barrel on my SGC but the shotgun was obvs on my FAC.
