Re: Interesting Article!!
They are admitting to nine weapons lost but under section 31 are withholding extra information as it's not in the public interest to publish.

I like how the author first calls the MP5 a submachine gun, then in the next paragraph its an assault rifle, and later in the article its become a machine gun! Do they think it grows when exposed to salt water?!

I'm quite surprised that the total figure is not higher. However the circumstances surrounding the theft of the .22s in Sweden would be interesting to know also.

It could well be much higher - there's a "get out" clause saying they withholding further information as not in the national interest.

However it is not in the national interest due to the cost and especially the 50s and the current offensive weapons bill.
Re: Interesting Article!!
"Britain's Ministry of Defence (MoD) has admitted that one of its personnel dropped a submachine gun over the side of a boat." Ok so thy haven't actually lost track of it - it's on the sea bed. Go get it if it worries them that much - not as if the MOD doesn't waste millions in other area

Political Correctness is the language of lies, written by the corrupt , spoken by the inept!
