You have to write to the NRA and apply for it as an RCO in order to get it for four years. You also need to be an NRA individual member.

Those that are issued through an affiliated club will only be for a year.I

Or at least that's my understanding of it.

Luckily there's only 4 people in our club bother with them; the rest of us never go near a MOD range (now) or Bisley! the MOD priced us out years ago.
