Given the alignment of the building, any projectile leaving the upstairs shooting range would have to travel a mile to physically hit the river Mersey in the Albert Dock area. Admittedly the roof of the upper range might not contain a bullet fired upwards....... but this is why when we are shooting TSG and Cowboy action, I and other RCO's are always looking at muzzle placement of competitors rifles.
